The George Fox complex has eight spaces the largest of which can accommodate 350 delegates and the other areas accommodating anything from 45 to 100. It also boasts a large foyer which is ideal for exhibitions and serving refreshments during your event.

Our largest meeting space accommodating up to 800 delegates is the Great Hall. Further breakout spaces are available in the nearby Conference Centre, Faraday complex and Bowland complex, totalling an additional fifty-seven rooms seating anything from 20 delegates to 250.

Further meeting space is available in the Centre of Excellence. All meeting space centres around a modern foyer and meeting rooms range in size from 10-160. All facilities have data projectors, wifi and the support of an experienced AV technicians.

Available during the Easter vacation are 250 single bedrooms, which increase to 800 in the summer vacation. Delegates are accommodated in modern, comfortable single ensuite, all with shower facilities, data points and tea and coffee facilities. All are located in small flatlets close to restaurants and bars.

Lancaster University has an array of excellent restaurant spaces all serving locally sourced home cooked cuisine. We can cater for a sit down banquet in Barker House Farm, our 16th Century cottage, or offer a BBQ in Café 21 with panoramic views of the Lancashire countryside. Whatever your requirements we understand the importance of food during your event and our excellent catering team offer a flexible product that will exceed your expectations.
