meeting rooms, purpose built to meet your
conference needs.
From Training Suites accommodating up to
100 delegates for larger events, to executive
suites for smaller meetings, there is
something to cater for every business.
Recently refurbished, the rooms provide an
inspiring décor, as well as all the necessary
equipment, complimented by plenty of
natural daylight.
High speed wireless internet is also available
free of charge throughout the Conference
Centre.

suitability of Lancaster House for a range of
meetings.
Accomodation
The Conference Centre is joined to the 4*
Lancaster House Hotel, situated just outside
the city of Lancaster, and overlooks the
picturesque Trough of Bowland.
Conference delegates can take advantage of
the hotel’s ample leisure complex,
Lancashire-themed restaurant, and
Sandemans bar.
The ninety nine bedrooms provide a
splendid space to relax after a long day of
business.
Audio Visual
All of the main training rooms & executive suites are equipped with essential audio visual equipment to help your conference run as smoothly as possible, inclusive of:
- Projector, LCD screen & speaker sound system
- Pendax rail
- CD, DVD & video player
- Whiteboard & flip-charts
Syndicates are also equipped with pendax rail, flip-charts & white board. A portable LCD projector is also available for the syndicates upon request.
Foodworks Restaurant
Lancaster House Hotel is the home to the fabulous Foodworks Restaurant, opened in Summer 2007.
It is Lancashire-themed, from the wall décor to the delicious local produce offered on the flexible food menu. It is open to conference delegates for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and holds both a deli & hot counter, with an extensive range of dishes to choose from. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are included in our 24 hour rate, whilst lunch is included in our Day Delegate Rate.
